"I don't like to take any crazy, unnatural supplements," she says. "But I do use glutamine. I put it in my protein shakes, and it really helps with muscle soreness."

Celeste shared some of her favorite workouts in her Muscle and Fitness interview. She says that she does a lot of lower body workouts. "I'm definitely a butt girl," she says. "Muay Thai is also great for the butt—it's a full-body workout. You can feel your abs and glutes work when you're kicking. I train with guys, and I've definitely slapped a couple around!"

Celeste makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also believes in eating a balanced diet. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she likes to indulge when she wants to. "If you're craving something, eat it," she says. "Otherwise, you're going to eat something else that won't satisfy you, and eventually you'll eat what you craved anyway. Just don't overdo it."

Celeste shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that she believes in doing a variety of different things. "I love high-intensity workouts, like hit training with weights, kickboxing, hot yoga, and pilates. I try to mix it up, so I don't get bored. It's important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn't get used to the same workout day after \day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it's all about trying new things and evolving yourself. Sometimes you're going to want to take it easy. Other days you might push yourself to go harder, but always listen to your body."

Celeste tells Women Fitness that she makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared some of her tips and favorite products in the interview. "I learned early on that certain things are a must in a skincare regimen. First of all, never go to bed with make-up because there are all kinds of chemicals in make-up that are not good for your skin. Washing your face day and night is essential, incorporating a vitamin C serum, eye cream, and moisturizer with SPF. SPF is your best friend as it's going to protect you from the sun, which is the one most damaging things for skin."
