Fans Question Tae Heckard's Relationship With Stefon Diggs

July 2024 · 3 minute read

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs and actress Tae Heckard have reportedly been dating for roughly two years. In that time, she has repeatedly taken to social media to post cutesy things involving her beau.

Interestingly enough, the 26-year-old NFL star has never reciprocated. Whereas there are plenty of indications on Heckard’s page and IG stories that she is involved with Diggs, there are absolutely none on his.

Recently, a fan on Instagram seemingly pressed Heckard on why their relationship was so one-sided, at least online.

Here is how that conversation went, via awesomo.com:

Some have suggested that the reason why Diggs isn’t more vocal about his relationship with Heckard is because of their massive age disparity, but there is really no reason to assume that is the case.

More likely than not – Diggs is just private when it comes to his love life. He certainly wouldn’t be the first man to be like that.

Her relationship with Diggs notwithstanding, Heckard is an actress who appeared in 2006’s ATL, 2012’s Back Then, and 2014’s Getting Even.

Prior to linking up with Diggs, she was previously with former NBA player Brandon Jennings. They have one child together.

Diggs, meanwhile, is in the midst of a fantastic first year with the Bills.

This past offseason, the Minnesota Vikings traded him to Buffalo for a first round pick, a fifth round pick, a sixth round pick and a 2021 fourth-round selection. At the time, many believed that Minnesota had come out with the better end of the deal, but now that Buffalo is sitting comfortably atop the AFC East, public sentiment has changed.

Earlier this year, Diggs opened up about why he was already loving the Bills offense so much.

“I’m definitely happy I get to play many different spots,” he said.

“I think it also helps other guys as far as other receivers being in different spots, because we got some guys who can play some exceptional football. And we’ve got some young guys stepping up as well.

“It’s kind of hard to keep tabs on everybody, whether I’m drawing a lot of attention or whether I’m not,” he continued.

“If I am, hopefully I can get a guy open.”

This past week, Diggs had an incredible performance in a 42-16 loss to the Tennessee Titans. He caught 10 passes for a total of 106 yards, and was quite clearly Buffalo’s best offensive player on the field.

Next week, he will get a real test when his squad squares off against the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football. A big showing on that stage and he will officially remind everyone that he is unquestionably one of the best receivers in the NFL today.

As far as his relationship with Heckard, that will inevitably work itself out. When you’re delivering on the field and playing well, all of the other pieces of your life magically just seem to fall into place.
