GRANDVIEW, Idaho (KBOI) -- A 33-year-old Mountain Home Man was killed in a crash after getting struck by a teen driver, Idaho State Police says.

ISP said Tuesday that a 15-year-old boy was driving south on Highway 167 when he went off the right shoulder of the road, over-corrected, came back on the road and crossed the center line -- hitting a 1988 Chrysler, driven by Christopher Standage.

Standage died at the scene.

Three people in the teen's vehicle were taken to St. Alphonsus in Boise. The highway was blocked for about three and a half hours. The crash is under investigation by ISP.
