Tiwari is an incredible dancer, and she loves to bust a move with her friends. She posts several videos on Instagram and TikTok of herself and her friends doing choreography. She's also appeared in different music videos. Dancing is not just a fun activity, it is also great for your body and mind. According to a report from CNN, "The workout you get from dancing can vary depending on the type of movements being performed. At the end of an hourlong ballet lesson, participants have undoubtedly stretched various muscle groups and executed moves with precision and balance. A night out on the dance floor at a club or wedding reception, however, often results in an increased heart rate for a longer period."

In this reel Tiwari posted on Instagram, she showed her followers some of her favorite ways to workout. She is seen doing planks and different plank exercises, a standard plank from her elbows, and side plank push-ups. Planks are a great exercise to do. According to the Cleveland Clinic, "Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine."

Tiwari has an impressive lower body, particularly her legs. Naturally, this means she does lower body exercises. In the same workout reel, Tiwari is seen balancing on a medicine ball platform, which already works your lower body hard. To make it even harder, Tiwari is doing this while doing squats. According to a study in the Journal of Sports Medicine, squats have a lot of benefit for your body, mainly that they activate a lot of leg and back muscles if done correctly.

In the same reel, Tiwari also is seen doing some arm exercises. Her go-to arm workout is swinging on monkey bars. They are clearly effective, as her arms are very toned. Going on the monkey bars are a great way to work your arms, no matter if you are a child or adult, as they force you to hold your weight up.

Tiwari is a big fan of going to the pool or the beach, and going for a swim. In her most recent Instagram post, she is seen enjoying a dip in the pool. Swimming has a lot of benefits for your body. According to the CDC, "Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain."
